Information We Collect

Professional Services: Contact information, professional credentials, project data, payment details

Software Products (BYOC): Account credentials, usage analytics, application logs, user-provided content

AI and Data Processing

No Client Data Training: Your proprietary documents, RFPs, proposals, and CUI are never used to train AI models (ours or third-party providers like Google, OpenAI, Anthropic).

Human-in-the-Loop: AI-generated outputs are always reviewed by qualified professionals before delivery.

Data Retention: Limited to minimum necessary. Upon engagement termination, client data is securely deleted per NIST 800-88.

Data Security Tiers

Standard Security (All Customers): Google Cloud infrastructure, TLS 1.3 + AES-256 encryption, US-based data centers, ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance

Enhanced Security Tier (Optional): For organizations handling CUI or preparing for federal contracts - Google Cloud Assured Workloads (FedRAMP High), CONUS-only residence, NIST 800-171/CMMC controls, dedicated isolation, extended audit logging. Pricing in separate Statement of Work.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share with: Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure), payment processors, subcontractors (under strict confidentiality).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete your data, opt out of marketing, and receive portable data copies.
